What hub centric ring size???

My aftermarket wheels have a shimmy above 60MPH. I just removed my clips (Tinnerman clips I think) from the lugs that they were on and took the car on a road test. It was way better, but still a small shimmy. I used a allen wrench bit and put it in the gap between the cars hub and the wheels hub, and the gap is different between the top and the bottom. I thought I'd be good without the hub centric rings because my lug nuts are tapered and my lug seats on my wheels are tapered, so I thought my wheels would center themselves. I guess not enough.

So my question, what rings do I get?? I measured the car's hub and it was 2 3/4 ", which equals 69.85mm. The wheel's hub measured 3 5/16", which is 84.1375mm. No place has this ring. What is the problem??? I measured like ten times to be sure and that is the measurements.

HELP!!! I'm taking a 5 hour each way trip next weekend and don't wanna shake the whole way!!

On their website you can put in your vehicles information, along with what brand of wheels you have. I have Devino wheels, and they're not on the list, but they have about 100 other brands!!! You think if I call they'll have more than what's listed on their site?

************** has hubcentric rings available but you have to know the exact sizes, if you have info on your wheels with the hub sizes you could get them that way. Maybe another member will have better info for you.
Ya mind PM'ing me the site? My measurement of the cars hub was 69.85mm, which like you said, might have been slightly off. I used a standard retractable tape measure. Thanks for the help so far.
