245/45 R20. Will it fit my 5.7 ?

Hey guys.

On the lookout for new wheels and tires, and decided to go with 20's..

Now to the question, will the 245/45 fit on a 20 x 8.5 rim on my car?

Or what is your setup with 20 " wheels, if you hade pics , please upload so I can see how it looks.

I'm in a hurry, so I didnt have time to search so If you find the thread useless , and that I'm just lazy you can delete it .

Thanks!!

If you have the RWD 300C which is sounds like you do the answer is yes. 20x8.5 will fit your car. If I'm not mistaken the offset for RWD is +15. My only suggestion to you is that you might want to consider the 255/45/20 tire size.

Thanks for the answers..

Okey, yeah it's the RWD. So the 255's might be a better option?

Then I'm thinking about if I shall go with the 40's or 45's..

I did look on a Charger Superbee and it seems that it's got 245/45 from factory so I thought that It would fit the 300C also, but then 255/45 or 255/40 would be a better choice?

If anyone got pics on 2xx/45 or 2xx/40 with 20's I would love to see em and do some comparments..

Looks tight MGD! Have your setup changed much on the cars "road-comfort"? ( Didnt come up with the correct word, hope you'll understand )

At this moment I believe I'm going with the 255/40 tires..

45 feels like a little bit to much tirewall, and 40's looks slicker but it's still some rubber left so the ride wont get to uncomfortable..

Thanks for your reply man.

I have 20x8.5 et20 with 245/45/20. I would have preferred a non-existant 20x8.0 et25. I find the et20 offset sticks out and kicks up too much road stuff on the paint. IMO a et15 would kick up more. I like the tires to be inside or flush with the fender.

Wich wheel do you think? :)

Thinking about this :

TW012

Or this :

VW725

I think the first one will give the car more of a sporty look, and the second one more towards the "bling" look..

Cant decide, but I do like the first one the best, but unsure how it will look on the car mounted..

please 300cforums, pimp my ride.

My personal choice, between the two wheels, is the VW725. Looks cleaner and more stylish, IMHO.

Ditton, I think the VW725 would look better on 300 compared to TW012 I may lean toward for a magnum or charger IMHO.
