Rims specialist needed ! ;)

Hi,

My friend and i both have 300c Hemis - he has the limousine - i have the touring AWD.

We would like to upgrade our buddies with 20" rims. The dealer told us that there will be not problem when mounting the new rims - and that they will fit without any problems, but i just wanted to let the forum check this

We decided for the Limousine:

Milanni Ambrosia 9x20, Offset of 18 mm
The original rim has a offset of 24mm

We decided for the AWD Touring:

Shift Overdrive 8,5x20, Offset 40
The original rim has a offset of 55

Any comments on this rims and does anybody know if they will fit without any modding or can there be any problems ?
