got my new wheels on

so i put my new wheels on finally. I havent been too impressed so far. The tire shop i bought them shipped them to me from BC(where they are located) and im in Ontario, so virtually cross country. I went to get them installed and apparently im missing hub centric rings. The wheels i have are D'vinci and apparently all aftermarket wheels should come with them. I said install them anyway. So i hit the highway, and as i accelerate to about 65-70km/h i get huge vibration. The tire shop said it could be because they also used static balance, which they dont recommend. So now im going to have to hound the company out of BC to send me something asap, also i contact dvinci to find out the size of the center hole so i can get them made by this tire shop. You think the problem will be fixed by installing hub centric and a new allignment?

here is a pic of one of the wheels;

The problem you might be having also is that Dvinci only makes their wheels in a 5x114.3 offset, unless special ordered for a 5x115.

the wheels are 5 x 115. Thanks for the input Ultimatecarman45. The tire placed that installed them said they can get the hubcentric rings for like 3$ cnd a piece next business day. I just need to find out what the center hole size is; 73 or 72.6 then they can order them. Im just kind of pissed off that the company did not ship the hubcentric rings in the first place. Does anyone know if static balance is a good way to balance the rims?

also a second question, has anyone had a rubbing issue with this piece of suspension;

That bolt you pictured moves with the suspension, so the gap stays the same no matter what. It won't be a problem.

For the vibration, you need the rings. I'm working on getting some right now also. Rims look hot by the way.
