Tire sizes for 22x9.5

Many people run this size with a 265/35/22 tire, which to me is too big or thick. I like a smaller look. What other sizes are people running with this exact size wheel? I am interested in 30 series tires, but want to actually see what size 30 series people are running and how they look. Please post pics.

thanks

Thank you everyone for the fast response, as well as providing plenty of pictures.

Simans, and whover else rides on the 30 series,
How does it ride? I know going down sidewall wise will degrade ride quality as I have owned many with low profile tires, but how does it ride on the 300 with that exact size? thanks

I've had 265/35/22's on the 300 in the past (pictured below), and the difference between the 35's and the 30's was little to none. I've been riding on low profile tires fro the past 10 years though, so my opinion might be a bit more numb than others who are riding on aftermarket wheel/tire setups for the first time.

My opinion on the look of the 30's is a bit different though. I think at stock height, the 30's look absolutely ridiculous. It looks as though you didn't know what the hell you were doing and you got the incorrect tire size. lol The 35's fill out the fender a bit more and really look like the "proper" tire size.

Now if you're lowered or are planning on lowering, the 30 series is much more fitting visually.

Goodluck with the decision!
