10mm offset ok?

Found great set of wheels. 10mm offset is a bit of a concern..mfg says ok but chrysler says 15-20 offset is correct for rwd 300. any experience with this?

OK.. 2 YES..2 NO..ANY TIE BEAKERS?????

Something doesn't look right. You sure it isn' 245-40-20, instead of 240-40? None the tire calculators have a 240-40.
The best tire fit for our cars is 275-40-20, next 245-45-20, then 255-45-20.
Offset 10 doesn't look right either. It may fit without rubbing, but your wheels are going to be sticking way out beyond the edge of the fenders.
I personally would avoid an offset 10.

Good find on the 245/40. I didn't catch that. The offset will be fine though. No problem whatsoever. It will not stick out past fender.

Why do you guys think that a 8.5" wide wheel with a 10mm offset would stick out past the fender?

if my math is correct it works out to be about 1/5 of an inch out. is my math correct?
