Need help with regards to 20" wheels

Hello,

This is my first post. I own a 2006 300c awd and want to install 20" wheels and tires. I don't know what the offset should be nor the correct tire size. I want the wheels to be flush with the wheel well and fill up the well nicely, however, I do not want to compromise on the sidewall or the ride quality. Can anyone recommend wheels and tires? PS, I'm 46 years old and want a classy look. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are literally hundreds of threads about this. Do a search and you'll find more info than you can shake a stick at. I'm sure some AWD members (and danno) will be around to give you some info, but in the meantime try the search, you might find some old buried stuff that some of us have forgot about.

Welcome to the forums!!!!

This website says the AWD offset is between 34-42. But I think around 40 is the best fit. The lower the offset the more your wheels will stick out past the fenders.

BigWheels.Net: custom wheels,chrome wheels,alloy wheels,car wheels,truck wheels,aftermarket wheels,large rims,wheel and tire packages,polished wheels

If you are not going to lower your ride with springs or coilovers, then 255/45/20 tires will do the best job of filling the wheel well. The 255/45's are a little bit taller than stock. Here is a pic of an AWD with 20" rims with 255/45 Toyo Proxes. The wheels do look like they are slightly sticking out past the fender. I don't know the offset of this rim, but I believe they were sold/made for AWD.

Ironically, those are exactly the look I want. I really like those wheels. Does anyone have an idea who makes them and what offset will line the tire up with the wheel well.

Thanks for the info.....

I have those same wheels but in 2 wheel drive, which is 18 offset.
The company that used to make that wheel in AWD was MC2, which was later bought out by Forge-Tec.
Forge-Tec

Forge-tec does not appear to make that wheel in AWD anymore.
You could call the company and ask about the AWD.

The 2 wheel drive version is called MPSCRT15, but is not shown on the Forge-tec site, although they do show the wheel on the Flash intro.

Forge-tec does not sell direct to the public and only sells to dealers.
MoparSuperCenter is a Chrysler dealer and sells the Forge-tec wheels.
Click on Chrysler > 300 > All > Aftermarket Products to see the Forge-tec wheels.
Mopar SuperCenter Discount Mopar Parts 4 Chrysler Dodge & Jeep vehicles

If Forge-tec still makes the wheel you can order through MoparSuperCenter.
