Only very slightly (with the wheels/tyre setup i have 10.5 @ 295/30/22).
The fronts are not a problem at all and do not need to be touched

You Dont Need To Roll Your Fenders On A 22x10.5 Rear Wheel. Only When You Go With A 22x11 Rear. The Bags Will Clear It All Day Of The Week...with A 22 X 10.5

I had to roll my friends Charger with a 10.5 wide wheel and 25 or 20 offset. It was the Foose nitrous wheel with Pirelli 295/30.
