22" Tire Sizes for stock height 300c

I'm looking at a set of 22x9.5 DUB Mougels, (non staggered) for my Dad's 2006 300C. He's concerned about sidewall thickness & having issues bending or scratching the wheels. The car is not lowered, and never will be. Does anyone know the thickest sidewall you can run on a 22" without any clearance issues? Thanks in advance for any help!

265-35-22

265-35-22 is the most sidewall you can get. That will give you 1.85 inches on the top and bottom
