Question OEM TPM sensors on aftermarket wheels???

I've searched and searched and searched some more, but cannot locate any answer to this question: Will the OEM TPM sensors fit on Verde Madonnas? Better yet, is there a list of aftermarket wheels that will/will not accomodate our TPM sensors?

There are many solutions to OEM tire sensors.... the question you would have to ask the wheel manufacturer or dealer (if you can't find someone here that has that rim) is will they fit without an adapter or other special method, as you CAN get them to fit in any wheel... just might have to improvise some.

Here's some info:

TPMS solutions for aftermarket wheels (no drilling required)

Might be a late response but I have these wheels and they were a little difficult to install them but they fit and up until last week they worked perfectly. Now I'm getting random chiming when I'm aired up to the correct psi (50) in my tires, never happened before until last week all of a sudden! Just says "check TPM" not low pressure or anything.

I hope somebody that knows will catch this. Saw your post on the other TPM thread, too. I'm ready to be educated, but I've never heard of passenger car tires that are supposed to normally run at 50 psi cold. I don't doubt a max inflation on the sidewall of 50 (my stock GY RSAs say 45), but not an everyday 'normal' calling for that. The stock, max inflation 45 RSAs call for normally running 30, cold. I run mine at 36/34, f/r and feel like even that's pushing it a tad.

I'm running Toyo Proxes S/T 255/45R20 tires. Cold they are about 47 psi and around 50 when warmed up (max psi is printed "50" on these tires). Inflated around these numbers feels better on the ride for me and like I said, I've never had this issue with the TPMs before.

tire pressure

Tire pressure effects load carrying capacity to a point. SL or standard load tires will have a max load capacity ceiling at 35 or 36 psi. Note that the sidewall of the tire may suggest the max inflation pressure to be 44 psi.
Adding more pressure beyond 36 psi will not provide any more load capacity.
It will however create a lower rolling resistance, better fuel mileage and better cornering performance.

Tires labeled XL or extra load, have a stronger constuction and will support proportionately more weight than their SL counterparts. These tires can be inflated to 42 psi before the load carrying capacity tapers off. They may have a max inflation pressure of 50 psi.

In certain circumstances it is advisable to have an Xl tire on the car with everyday inflation pressure of 42 in order to carry the load and/or help prevent damage to a vulnerable wheel (usually the largest diameters).

Thanks very much for this detail, Ethan. So, would a fair rule of thumb be to inflate XL labeled as high as you can stand the ride - up to 42 - for the best combination of load carrying ability, least rolling resistance/best fuel mileage, and better cornering performance? And 35 or 36 for SL labeled tires for the same combination?
