You can do it with a simple baseball bat or buy a fender rolling tool made especially for this. Either way you're likely to crack your paint. They say heating it up helps, but unless you really know what you're doing, get a professional to do it.

i have 22X11 and its about as wide as you want to go. im bagged with rolled fenders and i still have less than 1/4" of play laid out with the wheels cambered in. If you lower it, you need the fenders rolled. every dip in the fwy or awkward driveway entrance will render a rub and the worst sound ever.

Do you know the offset and/or backspacing of those rear wheels?
