Conti 4x4 rotation and psi

AWD 300C:
when rotating the conti 4x4, do they have to maintain the same direction, or can they be rotated as desrcibed in the book (front right to rear right, rear right to left front, etc)?

what psi do most run these on? I have them at 36 all around.

The conti's on the rwd cars are not directional. So cross rotating is OK. I think the Conti's are the same on the AWD. The recommended PSI is on the driver door jam. For the RWD, 30lbs is recommended.
