Personal choice, but also depends on the road conditions in your area. More and bigger potholes are handled better with more tire, such as 20's IMO (22's aren't necessarily bad in this respect) . But 22's look the best, at least as far as I have seen. Just can't figure out which ones to get

IMHO No! I am still running the OEM 18's With a BFG Gforce 245/55/18. and I will continue to run an 18 even if I change my wheels. I dropped 1.5 " and it looks great and handles even better. I feel I will lose on the performance and handling if I go bigger, Just my opion, I am sure some will argue otherwise. But between keeping the stock radius and the Eibach springs, dampers and shocks, the handling is awsome. I see no need to go bigger, not for performance or looks.

I have the stock 20" rims that came with my SRT Design Group. Every "regular person" I show the car to comments on how big the wheels are. 20" is plenty big to look good IMO, particularly with a 1.5" drop. 22", I think, would be more head-turning, but there are tradeoffs. I'm sticking with 20s.
You should see some 22" and 20" in person before you decide. When driving around, I have seen a lot of 22" rims that look too big and out of place on 300's. IMO, 22"s look better in pictures. But when I see them in the wild they look too big.
