what do you think of these black 22's?

found these on ebay and am seriously considering getting them, unless you guys persuade me otherwise:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tego ry=43960

the guy i talked to on the phone said they will have the correct setup for the 300C in about 2 weeks, as the ones for sale were made for a SUV i believe. does anyone know anything about these rims? what do you think should i go for it? i can have them shipped to my door with tires (sold with nittos, but am leaning towards upgrading to pirellis) for under 2K which is pretty good. now i understand that for 2K im not going to get the best quality rim out there, and you do get what you pay for. i have a ton of potholes in my area and im sort of reluctant to get some 22's with fear of damaging them, but what the hell. i love the look of these, but again do have some reservations-thats where your guys imput comes in!

can someone please tell me the correct lug pattern size these should have, as well as offset and tire size so i can have 4 grown men in the car and have no rubbing?

You get what you pay for with rims. Those will be quite soft and will bend like butter on a nice pothole.

$2500 is a good price range for a decent set of 22"s with tires. Anything below that, I'd say quality and strength becomes an issue. I know from cutting corners on wheels on the past.

I would shy away from those rims if possible. They look like some Chinese knock-offs and are probably of poor quality. Ask as many questions as possible.

Mine were cheaper rims(comparetively speaking) and they were 2500.00 for rims and tires and those were 20". Be careful or you will be replacing them.

thanks guys. its times like these when i need to make a big decision that i am thankful of all the knowledge and experience yall have. i guess i could spend 2,500 on rims if i knew they were going to be good quality. which brings me to my next question....or, well more like a favor.

SOMEONE PLEASE FIND ME A SET OF BLACK 22'S that will not bend or break over potholes and will be worth my money! i beg of you! lol ive been searching high and low and all i can find are real expensive ones (over 3K) or really cheap chinsy ones like these above. you guys seem to know alot more about purchasing rims than i do. thanks

I used a Discount Auto tires where a friend of mine worked. He found me the 20's, plus they warranty them through the business. I trusted his opinion. Mine were 20" Devino Ransom. I am trusting him though.

Hey brotha!

Go to zinik.com (I think that's the address) and check their stuff out. They have beautiful stuff. I really like the black/chrome look as well. I believe Zinik has the exact type of wheel you are looking for with great quality.
