When I was shopping for 22's with tires the average price for a quality cast rim comdo is about $3200.00. This will depend on the make of the rim and tire. If your looking at forged rims which are lighter and stronger they start at $4500.00 and up. I went with forged rims as they are at least 15lbs. per rim lighter than a cast rim. Example my rim and tire combo weighs 56lb., the same set up in cast would be almost 70lb. This has a major affect on ride quality, gas, and maintenace on your car.

There are some cheaper rims out there. You will save on the front side, but in the long run pay for it.

yeah ecspecially with the chrome quality, thats where your gonna pay the most when going with a cheap rim. mine ran right at 4,000. you need to get a rim with at least a two year chrome warrenty cause if you dont and they start pitting no matter how hard you clean them they will still look pretty bad. and mine was a 265/35 tire

I have 22 inch forged chrome set-up and my total package was 5200 plus tax. I wouldn't go with cast wheels on the C. You don't want to take away that power that puts a smile on your face when you hit the gas. I put cast 20 inch wheels on my 300M and the performance went down. The car felt sluggish and braking definely wasn't like stock. So far, I haven't noticed any problems with my 22 inch wheels on the C.

Thanks guys. i was looking at maybe 3k-3300 range cuz ive run cast wheels on past trucks/suv's Zenneti's, KMC's and i wasnt too impressed by them....maybe i should wait a while longer to run a quality forged wheel. any particular brands u guys prefer ive heard great things about iForged.

Thumbs up

i would wait, and save more $$$$, and purchase some quality forged wheels. There more lighter, stronger and they balance out more better than the CAST heavy wheels that are out there! (Trust me, because i work at a tire center ) .. like fatchance quoted "You will save on the front side, but in the long run pay for it!"

here's some good forged company's..
Donz, GFG, Asanti, Saf, Cartelli, NCforged, HREforged, Makavelli custom forged.... and the list goes on. Good luck on your choice
