18" wheel/tire question

I'm looking to get a set of 18x8" wheels (20mm offset) with 255/55/18 tires front and back. Will this combo fit a 300C? I know the 255's will just barely fit the stock rims, so I'm not sure if the 2mm extra offset and 0.5" extra width of this wheel will work?

Thanks!

Are the tires 255/55/ 18's? Your post says differently. If so, the extra wheel width will work fine and the 20mm offset should not be a problem, either.

Will BFG gforce Ta KDWS Tires fit the stock rims in a 2005 300c without rubbing because of the extra width or be a proble installing on the stock 18" wheels?

Those tires "should" fit with no problem, but I say this only because BFG 255/55/18 are what I originally wanted to use, but my money forced me to go with a cheaper brand, which I(like I mentioned in a previous post is a lot noisier. There are a few guys that have used this size (with/without offset) and you'd probably get more technical advice from those threads as well. I love the way the 255/55/18's fill the tire well (3-D wise front/side/back views)

I ran them for over a year on my 05 300C with no problem.

There are lots of pics in my photo album here:
