I have 275/45/20's on the rear of my SRT8. They fit snug on a SRT rims, not too fat. I have the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3's on. I think they are good so far. Only had them 2 weeks. Going to do a write up on them this weekend. I wouldnt put them ALL around. They are FAT tires, way too bug & fat for the fronts. As for the rears there is no problem with them.

I run 275/45/20 on my 2006 touring not a C but I love the wide look and stance it gives the car without lowering.

Would 275-40-20 tires fit on the factory 300C SRT 9" rims or would they be too wide for the rim. The tire recommendation for rim width is 9.0-9.5-11.0. Looking to replace the Goodyear RSA 245-45-20 with the Toyo Proxes4 275-40-20. Any input would be appreciated

According to my build sheet Chrysler says the SRT8 rims are 20x8.5". In that case 275s are pushing it. If they're 20x9s its an easy fit. Back when I had my Trans Am I had 285's on a 9" rim.

I hate to be bringin up an old thread, but its on topic.

I was wondering what you would run in the front with 275/45/20s in the back? The next size down in F1 GS D3s are 245/35/20 which has 3 inches less overall diameter. Wouldnt your ABS start freaking out because of the major rotation difference?

And how are those GS D3s now that you've had a few months to play with them?

And the tirerack has the 275/45 listed as a 4x4 SUV tire... is there anything different with this tire than say any other GS D3 tire?

Just as a data point, I had put 255/45-20 Eagle F1's on the front and at the track I indeed experienced contact between the upper suspension bolt and the tire. So do be careful.

Is there any performance summer tires that are 275/40? Ive seen 275/30 and 275/35 (nt 555) and 274/45 (GS D3)

And anyone wana share experiences with F1 GS D3s in 275/45?
