20" srt wheels on 2005 AWD 300C

I have a 2005 AWD 300C and am looking to replace my stock 18" tires with 20" SRT wheels that have Goodyear RSA 245/45/20 tires. Are there any problems I should be aware of?
Best regards, Pete

The AWD has a much higher offset than the rwd, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like the look with the srt wheels.
