Rubbing Problems - TIS05 w/265/35/22 Pirelli Scoprion Zeros

I just picked up this set today & notice that the top of the tires are rubbing on this one piece. Is this normal or is there something wrong. This is my first set of rims ever so I don't have a clue.

Some rub, some don't at that size tire. Where/when is it rubbing, how much is it lowered, what is the wheel (offset if you know it), etc

Theres like a piece that sticks out right above the rim. THe car isnt lowered at all. As for the offset I dont even know whats that.

I recommend first, that you find out the width and offset of your wheel. Wherever you bought them from can tell you that. Then, be more specific as to where the tires are rubbing. Is it the front tires or rears? Left side only or right side? Gather some info and come back, you will get good suggestions then.

Sounds like he's talking about the rubber bead on the tire that protects the rim from curb damage.
