TIS / American Racing Wheels... Problems

So about 6 months ago I bought a set of TIS 02 20 inch wheels.... Problem is Im in the ARMY, and have moved since then. Now the TIS emblem on the wheels are starting to peel and look like doo doo. So I call American Racing and explain to them my situation, and there full of excuses on why they cant help me

1- Center caps are not covered under the wheel warranty
2- I am not an authorized dealer, and they will not do direct business with me

The best they could do was say bring your receipt to the closest authorized dealer and maybe when they call we will give a discount on a new set of caps

Are you kidding me..... a discount..... as much as a set of wheels cost, and six months later you wont stand behind your product to satisfy a customer. I will never purchase another product that comes from American racing....

Now to find away to remove all the TIS emblems without damaging the center caps

Sorry corporations! Always trying to get another sale. i would try to talk to a local dealer and see what options are out there.

Did they have a warranty of any type? Is that explicitly in the warranty terms?

the emblem on the center cap is just a sticker pretty much... should peel right off with a little heat...
