Need to replace tires on AWD. What to get?

I got 31,000 out of these Conti's and from looking at some of the threads I guess thats as good as I could expect. Looking for something better that will last longer hopefully. Been looking at three tires and would like other opinions. I do mostly highway driving, about 80 miles a day. Need something that will giving good snow traction in the winter. Been looking at the Goodyear Assurance ComforTred, General Altrimax HP, and the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity. Any strong feelings either way?

The 2 tires that I would recommend for this car are

1. Goodyear Assurance Comfortreads
2. Michelin Primacy MXV4

I have the Comfortreads on my car and couldn't be happier. I'd definitely get another set. I replaced my Continental's almost right after I got the car. The Comfortreads have a smooth ride, handle well, and have no road noise. Just my two cents.

The Michelin is rated way above the Goodyear. The Michelin Primacy is a Grand Touring All Season tire where the Goodyear is only an All Season.

From my research it looks like the Michelin Primacy and Bridgestone Turanza are the picks for the C.
If you want more sport, then the Yokohama AVID H4S is the best choice.

The main difference between the Michelin and the Goodyear is the tread life warranty. The Michelin Primacy MXV4's come with a 60,000 mile warranty while the Goodyear Assurance Comfortread's come with an 80,000 warranty. The price difference between the two tires should be between $15-$25 per tire

From tire rack's tests, the Michelin grips better in wet and dry and is quieter. Its braking distances is quite a bit better than the Goodyear, as were the slalom times, lap times and average cornering, g-force. Check it out at tire rack's website.
With a difference of only $12 per tire, you'd be crazy to put on Goodyear before the Michelin or Bridgestone's.

Well they are $134 at Tire Rack. Is Sam's less than that?

Are they less than $146 at Sam's? Actually with the rebate, the Michelins are less than $136 each.
