I was under the impression I had to drill second holes in my 3 piece wheels to mount my TPMS sensors (as many have done), but due to an error in my wheel order resulting in no extra hole, I did some research into aftermarket solutions to mount my OEM tire pressure sensors in my 3-piece wheels and came up with the following.
These are the brackets I bought from I-Forged through themodcity.com . They were 70 bucks shipped, which seems really outrageous except that they are strong as heck and light as crap. I am sure you could contact any I-Forged dealer to see if they can get them for you, maybe cheaper. These didn't get mounted in my Intro 311's yet as they didn't arrive in time, but will be mounted friday...

I also saw strap systems, but they were just an awful solution, but maybe someone else can use them. Basically they are large hose clamps..Here's an example:
I-Forged also makes a trick valve stem with a hoop to put the stem of your sensor through. I got the bracket system from them since I already had custom sized 90 degree stems installed, but maybe these might help someone. Check out the Iforged press release at

So stop drilling extra holes on 2-3 piece wheels, or listening to that chime every ten minutes. Also feel free to add your solutions to this thread as many folks will need ideas since TPMS are mandated in the US as of 2007 and wheel sensor systems like ours will increase in numbers.
