PSI in stock continentals

Hi all, had a quick question.... right now I have the stock continentals on the car (i know, i know) and have them all filled at 30 psi like it says inside the door and on the tire, but they still look like they need way more air. I have heard that some people run a higher psi in these tires, and I was just wondering if anyone knew what that psi is. Thanks a lot.
