It's not the size of the rim that counts, its the outside diameter of the tire. 1.5 inch drops rarely post problems.... I just recommend rolling since its cheap insurance against a pothole while you are turning ruining your day...

Yes basically throughout this thread you'll understand what there saying when they mention as a precaution to roll the fenders. Like CUEBALL said noone really has mentioned problems concerning a drop with 20's or 22's. Alot of it matters on the tires themselves.. but if your thinking or going to drop.. Roll the fenders to save you the headache.

looking Into Buying Springs To Lower The Car 1.5 Inches Do I Need To Change The Shocks Also Or Can I Use The Ones That Came With The Car.SORRY DIDNT REALIZE THERE WAS THREAD ON THIS ALREADY.ANY MORE INPUT WOULD HELP.THANKS

You can use the stock shocks. They will wear out quicker though, but some people say it still rides good after 25k + miles. I will be lowering my car here in the next week with eibach pro-kit, i will use the stock shocks.
