Is this bolt shaved enough?

I just had my shop mount 24x9.5 rims with 255/30 tires along with kw v2 coilovers. I swung by to check on progress and noticed the bolt/nut was almost resting on the tire. I took a quick picture, Its not the best of angle but gives you and idea of how close it is. Should this be a problem.

It's close , but I think it should be ok, since the tire shouldn't ever be able to touch it, but once the tires are hot do they expand? cause then it may be a problem.... Lets see some pics of your 24's!!

I'll post pics after I pick up the car tomorrow. She was real dirty cause of all the rain and the center caps wernt attached when I dropped by the shop so I would hate to show pics. Tomorrow Ill get the car detailed and post clean pictures.

The wheel spins cleanly but i still worry, I might just bite the bullet and pick up some 275/25 tires.

You can still shave a tad bit more if it gives you a problem.

Well.....it gave me a problem while driving on the freeway. Good thing I noticed it before the tire got shredded. I do have a nice ring around my tire now, nothing bad. I guess I have a new project tomorrow. Thanks for all the help, this form has been invaluable.
