I just put 24's on my 300 and "super buy tires" helped me out a lot. They seemed to know what they were talking about, you might want to give them a call. Since you have AWD you going to need a specific offset that is hard to find on 24s. Not many 24s come in the offset you are going to need, so make sure you have an open mind when it comes to what kind design you are looking for. also, is the $3000 budget for just wheel or wheels+tires?

yours is a AWD and youngmedic is a SRT8 they wont fit ..unfortunatly its a heck of a deal for those dropstars. 24"s will easily fit your AWD though , but you need 38mm offset which is hard to find. pm me if u need some more help.
