my new rims that i bought

so i could be different. i didt want to go to the carshows and see someone with the exact paint job and rims as me so i thought i would toss a wrench in there and mix things up. its cool if you dont like them, cause i love them... best part is with the tires $1433 shipped

rims: 22x9.5" Rich Evans "Danger"

tires: 265/35R22 Nitto NT420S all the way around

what the final look will be. the car is at the shop now being torn apart and prepped for all the paint and custom bodywork to include eyelids, custom molded srt8 spoiler, removed factory moldings, black headlight housings, halos, custom deepdish grille, etc etc. orange will be a suzuki hyabussa color called candy max orange pearl paint code yme, with factory cool vanilla coated with pearl to give it some new life. the orange will also be sprayed under the hood and in the interior, and on the little bolt on pieces on the lip of the rims

let me know what yall think about project dreamsicle

Well, It will be a different look around here (Texas)... I know you looked a long time for wheels. I think they look good, especially if you can get the inlays (colormatched) of your sig pics to come out well in the wheel..

You're gonna hate to get those dirty since they will be a itch to clean, hope you don't plan on driving in the rain!

Very cool and different looking, Gregg. The best part is that you have my tires!

the car looks good . i like the paint scheme. but wheels make or break a car. and i think those wheels broke them. the price was cheap, yes. however, there are tons of wheels+tires you could get for that price. check ebay, 22" v800, 22" zenetti caliber.. the zenetti's def arent something you see everyday.

Surprisingly I like em! There is a lot going on in those rims, caught myself doing a double take just looking at the picture. Just make sure and powder coat the black parts of the rim to match the orange.

Now I love those wheels, Greg!! I also have to agree that it is a bit busy but so is the whole concept of the vehicle that you are trying to create.

I sure hope that you post pictures of the newly painted vehicle with tires and wheels when you get back.

Hope things are going well for you over there. Take care of your self. LD and I still talk of our one day at the races. Thanks!!
