Another 24" question....

I'm stationed in Germany. My German buddy has a set of Dropstars 02's (24x10) for his 2007 300C Touring (300C with the Magnum body) and when he installed them they were rubbing the A-arm. Does he need spacers or is there another problem. If so, how many millimeters does the spacer need to be. I haven't heard of anyone else with this problem with their 24"s TIS or Dropstars. Thanks for the help....

I'm not an expert, so take this with a grain of salt.... he might have got an incorrect offset. I know a couple of folks had to clearance their A-arm..shaved a bit where it was rubbing.. others just used a 5mm spacer. Don't grind unless he needs to, or its just a little bit. Spacers would be better IMO>

here's one link:
Just put on my 24's..Big Problem!!

24x10 with a 15mm offset need spacers up front. 5mm spacers will be fine. Do not grind down the arm.
