Weird sound.

Hey guys,
I just recently got some 22's on my 07' 300. And I just recently started hearing some weird noises.

One, when im reversing, while my steering wheel is straight I can hear a rattle when I step on the gas, like somethings loose. Mybe the splash gaurd? I know my wheels dont rub though.

The other noise is, while im driving with my windows down and at low speeds and I hit some little bumps or cracks in the road I hear a werid rattle from my wheels, both drivers side and passengers side, only on the front. Kind of sounds like a slinky when you hold it up in the air and let it fall to the ground. I thought my center caps could be loose but I checked them and theyre all snug. Visualy I coulndt see anything out of the ordinary. It is under warranty what should I do?

Any thoughts or Ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Unless you bought the car new from a dealer with 22"s, you might have a tough time getting it fixed under warranty.

When driving over bumps, try slightly pressing the break peddle as you drive over the bumps. If this stops the noise than the brakes could be rattling.

put the original wheels on and go to the dealership, or to one that havnt seen your 22's to avoid the hassle.

Does The Noise Happen With The Stock Wheels,if Not I Would Go Back To The Place That You Had The Rims Installed And Let Somebody Ride With You From The Shop So They Hear What You Hear.good Luck.

Send a message via Yahoo to Topmotorsports
Open the center caps and check the lugs. If they were not tightened correctly they can get loose.
