Tightening wheels with stock wrench?

Hey everyone finally got my winter tires, I got some Nitto SN2's and they're holding up pretty good so far.

Anyhow I was told to re-tighten my wheels after 100-150kms to manufacturer recommendations. But I only have the wrench that came with the car how do I know when I have tightened the wheels enough?

Thanks!

You need a torque wrench and the specs are 110 ft lbs for the lug nuts. If you don't have one ask around, they're a pretty common tool to have.
