will stock charger 17's with tires fit on my 06 srt8 300c i want to get smaller rims and tires for the track and if so will it help me out any?

I don't know 100% but I don't think the 17s will clear the Brembos.

I believe the Borbet Type TS 18" rims fit the SRT8's front, and the 17" fit the rear.
If you are looking to decrease the wheel diameter to improve gearing, you could get 225/50/18 tires that are 26.9in in diameter, compared to the stock 245/45/20's 28.6in diameter.
