Spoke with TSW today. Regardless of what bolt pattern a certain wheel is spec'd at, they will drill a blank to the bolt pattern you need...problem solved!

If you are having trouble trying to work out which tires you will need to put on so as to keep you speedometer reading correct, you can look up the formula for work out tyre overall height in the tire info pages at www.tyretown.com

Be careful on the 22s. My 20s only give me about 1/4" clearance with the wheels cranked all the way to one side or the other. My wheel/tire combo is close to the stock diameter. Here are some pics.
