Ok I was at a small weekly cruise in at the MceeDees in Scottsdale, a couple members were there but not as many as I was hoping - I asked them this...
Were they running spacers, hubcentric rings or items like this to make the wheels fit and not shake. 2 said yes, and one said no.
As you know I am in the market for new wheels again due to the wrong fitment, but I can't find any that I love. I though that since the TIS 07 was designed for this car that they should just bolt on and go.
The member with the 22" TIS 07s said he got the "shakes" with his above 65 mph and had to take it in to the local wheel shop for some hubrings and the problem was fixed. I am going to go down there this week and see if they can get rid of the shaking with either the rings, and a balace or something...
I could be wrong but the TIS wheel is not made for the car. Originally they were doing all kinds of tricks to fit them to the car. That might have changed since then. Here's my take on it. If the the TIS rims don't fit perfect then shame on DUB and TIS for misleading people. Every car they show has them on. You really should look into it, just to be a 100% for sure.

All - I had a set of TIS 07's (22" x 9.5") installed 2 weeks ago on my rear wheel drive C. Wrapped in Nitto 420S, 265 x 35 x 22. Fit perfect. No rub, no shakes, no wobbles at highway speed. Hemi, we can't exactly just put an answer on it because we have a bunch. Our Charger has not used a spacer or hub ring for either the Oasis (custom built for our car) wheels or the TIS 02s, which are once again, built specifically for the Magnums and 300s. We are a TIS dealer, the new model TIS wheels are FOR Magnums, 300s and Chargers to ft without any scrubbing or rubbing. But we did about 5 different sets on our Magnum, I believe 2 of the 5 required spacers. At the shop, we do about 8 LX cars a week with 22s, and I'd say about once a week, we have to use a spacer.
I was told that all new TIS wheels should fit the car, with the proper offset, of course.
My TIS wheels vibrated at 60mph when they were first put on.
We tried a hub centric ring, but the gap was so small, none of the rings fit.
The source of the problem was the locking washers on the hub bolts. (On the actual bolt that you eventually put the lug nut on.) These come standard from the factory.
They create a gap, and then the wheel does not sit flush. Therefore, the wheel wobbles like it is not balanced.
Take those locking washers off with a needle nose pliers, put the wheels back on, and there should be no vibration.

The wheels are built hub centric for the car. He could have had a different part number than TIS0722992. It could have been a blank or dual pattern wheel that wasn't hubcentric. Or hell, they could have told them they put hub rings in there and just rebalanced the wheel/tire.
If you get TIS0722992 they will fit your car perfectly.
