It's too bad that Chrysler doesn't offer an upgraded wheel package to the 20's just like the concept car. That really is a sharp looking set.

These are the rims I went with after seeing LakersFans. I'm very happy that I did. Some of the things you can’t see are the jewels that cover the bolts where the spoke would bolt to the rim and the lack of a air valve, it’s hidden in the spoke (way cool).

Sorry to say, but your wheel guy is clueless! Who selected that tire size 255/35/20. That tire is way to short. The OEM tire is 28.6" tall and that 255/35/20 is only 27" and has a speedometer error of -5/6%.

You can not fill the wheel wells by selecting a taller tire you have to lower the car.

The perfect size is a 245/45/20 which was on the Concept 300C, however, no one makes that size yet. I speculate that the 300 SRT-8 will have 245/45/20 up front and a 275/40/20 in back like the Concept.

Isnt that the concept car in the pics a few posts back? It has 275 40 20 front and back.

I did find a few places selling 45 the Pirelli are 45 but they say there summer tires. I want all season. I found one P274 45 20 that might work but again summer tires.

It wasnt my tire guy that picked the size it was his guy on the phone that said there putting those on 300. I thought it was a little small myself but we didnt know it till it was on.

What about Sport tuck tires the 265 and 275 are both that.

Your Tire Guy should have double check the specs given by the "guy on the phone"! Nothing worse than the "Blind Leading the Blind"!

The Chrysler 300C concept used 245/45/20 up front. The Magnum SRT-8 concept had:

275/40/20
295/40/20

Continental nor anyone else has started producation on a 245/45/20 yet. I hope they come soon. I want to do the 245/45/20 all around or a staggered set-up with 275/40/20 rear.

I just put my 22s on last night and I swear the ride feels better than the stock rims. The ride is really smooth, the handiling is much better, and like someone said before it feels like it would take a tital wave to move the car off the road. I am amazed and very happy with how the car rides.
