HELP rim offset/tire size question

Will it be bad to use 114.3 offset versus 115?
which tire Nitto 420 or Toyo Proxes?
255/45/20 or 275/40/20?
Anybody out there with a silver 300 with black rims similar to this KMC, please post picture:

Or should i go with this one:

Thanks, been shopping for rims for a few weeks now and cant decide, most rims i like are 114.3, this is driving me nuts.

115 is the proper bolt pattern. The offset you need is +15 or +18. I have the 420s and love them, however they are 295/30/22 and 265/35/22.

5-115 is the ACTUAL bolt pattern. 5-114.3 works too. Just make sure the wheels are of high quality and include hubrings. 255/45-20 is the best fitment possible in 20 inch for your car.
