I just wanted to say, I have dealt with these guys at Wyckoff. They were very professional and courteous on more than one occasion. I have recommended a few friends to them as well, and never heard of any complaints. I have personally dealt with Jeff and Brian, and they were very patient and informative. I dont mean to get into the middle of this, just giving my own personal testimony. Maybe this can be resolved by a simple phone call, so no one gets an undeserved rep. We're all friendly here.

First of all thanks for confirming for me that the extremely defensive reaction was not an isolated incident, I hope every day is not like this for you. I did not post to "start crap" as you have said.

I posted my response not to incinuate you were selling "bogus" product (however after re-reading I can see where you may have taken it that way, it could have been worded differently), but to confirm that VIP parts come w/ emblems and an indented place for them to rest. Sorry if you were offended, and I originally did not realize that the post was in your own forum, again sorry.

I would have appreciated a PM or email to sort it out and I would have deleted/edited the post (you have the power to delete posts in your own forum anyways).

If you care, I think your customer is a bit happier now that he will be getting a VIP emblem from us...

From one vendor to another, I think we should always try and look out for one another and if I saw/felt you posted something derogatory about 22elite I would have PRIVATELY requested an explanation not started name calling and resorting to childish antics.

You would be amazed what PRIVATE communications can do.

Good Day.
Very professional response, and by they, your explnation is what I thought your original intent was in your post. My 02.

A PM would have probably been more appropriate. Case closed.
