As far as I am concerned, Xenon Depot is a standup outfit. As are most, if not all, of our supporting vendors here.

I was the original selection for their 6k HID documented install, that eventually went to Reppr. I was unable to finish the install before the fantastic deal came along to trade my '05 300C for my new Magnum SRT8. Steve provided both email and phone support during my brief install activities, which were short in duration because that was the very cold part of January/February and I don't have a heated garage!

Even after the kit went to Reppr, Steve has stayed in touch!

Great write up Steve! This should hopefully make members on here to think twice about the quality of product they are getting off of vendors such as on ebay. While there are some good vendors selling quality parts, on ebay for example, you should think twice about buying a HID set for like $80 or $150.. you will run into problems in the future, and may not be able to find the vendor again! The vendors here are reputable and are here to stay. Support our vendors!
