Installing CSRT8 20' rims on 300C

Hi Dave. (Zeckhausen- Great website- very informative!)
I'm a member of this forum, and I need your expertise. I've puchased a set of four SRT 8 20' wheels and tires(Goodyear RSA 245/45/20) for my 300C (hate the Conti's and hate the 18' Chrome clad plastic wheels) The dilemma is since I don't have the wheels yet, I'm not sure if I'll need a 5mm spacer on the front wheels. Some people have had success with this install, and others have reported the tire rubbing against the steering knuckle. No one knows why it works for some and not others.

Anyway, in the event that I DO need spacers, I want to do this the right way, the first time. I posted this: Installing CSRT8 Wheels: Let's solve the mystery and someone suggested that I talk to
you about it. I dont' want to spend twenty dollars on ebay for some cheap ones that may cause my car to shimmy, or shake at highway speeds. Do you make, or provide a high quality product- maybe a hub centric 5mm spacer. As far as I've read, the bolt pattern on LX's is 5-115. Any help, sale or advice would be much appreciated by someone with your expertise. Thank you for your time.

I don't have spacers for sale, as I'm strictly into brakes. But you might try the folks at Tire Rack. Luke Pavlick, at x362, is my favorite sales guy there. A couple of other guys on the forum have had spacers custom made for them and may be able to get you specifications or even get their shop to make another set.

But I suggest waiting until you've had a chance to test fit the wheels. It may turn out that they fit your car with no spacers at all. It's a mystery to me why some folks are able to bolt these on and others require the front spacers. But perhaps you'll just get lucky!
