Posi Quiet Brake Pads

Since I am a part of the forum should I ask you for them through here or should I just order them through the website.

i've ordered from dave before and the website is the way to go. he's busy and not able to be on the forum all the time. the website is the most efficient way to interact with Zeckhausen.

I've had the posi-quiets on my car longer than anyone currently posting on this forum.

I was one of the original beta testers.

I can tell you that they do a good job of one panic stop and dust very little.

However, anything more than one or 2 panic stops (threshold braking) and they're useless.

The other benefit is that they are much more forgiving on your stock rotors and will not wear them out like the stock pads have.

With that said, the Rotex Gold (I think Posi-quiet part 104 vs. the 102's that I have) are a good balance and I haven't heard anyone complain about the 104's.

The 104's stop better than the 102's but dust just a little more but nowhere near as bad as the stock pads.

I think they're a good balance and I've been meaning to switch to them.

I cannot speak from experience, but I would do more research with the guys who have the 104's.

I'm all for supporting vendors but you can find the exact same Posi Quiet pads on ebay for half of what some vendors are charging. I got my front and rear pads for $96 shipped to california. Yeah yeah I know ebay sucks, no customer service, blah, blah, blah. But for just brake pads who cares. He shipped it next day got it within 3 days.
