Headers - tuner needed or not?

So first thing first, sup from Utah to all my srt8/hellcat/demon etc people

Second I'm gearing up to gut my car this spring/summer and the main thing weighing on me is do I need a custom tuner to run full headers with no cats? Been searching the forums and found lots of good header installs but no mentioning of what tuner if need be. I'm use to diesels and offroading so this is a new field for me but the same principles none the less.

Build plans are as follows:

*Full headers plus exhaust
*LMI hammer intake with bumper scoop
*Bigger throttle body
*Diablo 3 tuner
*Gut rear end for chromoloy gears and tighter slip
*Upgrade to better CV axles
*Upgrade shocks and springs and sway bars
*maybe if can budget it in a procharger

You don't have to get a tuner but it will help manage codes from missing rear O2 sensors.

I prefer the Diablosport programmers and custom tunes by HemiFever.

Also, it will help with managing air/fuel ratio as well to keep you from going too lean at WOT. Other nice features are setting WOT shift points, managing fan on temperature settings, removing the rev limiter and speed limiter, etc...

Good luck with the build.
