Interesting that it lists it compatible with 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014, but not 2013. Hmmm.

Maybe we'll leave come springtime, Meanwhile, have another beer.
What would we do without all these jerks anyway? And besides, all our friends are here.

I have the version for the 07 300's. It has the same technical specs that that unit has, except mine has Android 7.
It is the right amount of ram in it, some of the cheap ones have only 1gb, while this unit has 2gb.

With mine, if the last thing that you were listening to was the radio, it will start playing within seconds of starting the car.
If you do what I did, and connect a hard drive (SSD) or flash drive, formatted Fat32, you can store your music collection on it, and play them with the built in file player, or one from the play store.

If the last thing you listened to was a music file, it can take about 30 seconds before it starts to play the music again.

You should be able to connect to an elm327 obd2 connector, and do vehicle diagnostics with the Torque app, or others available in the play store.
I use the torque app, and have it set so that it displays additional gauges, like voltage, vacuum and such.

Oh, and mine works with the Cobra iradar detector so that it can display useful info about the detected signal and such.

Please come back and tell us what the solution to your problem was, so that others coming here can learn from it.

Thanks for the info! How's the sound quality with yours? I am kinda baffled that there's a "4*45W Output Power" spec for the unit since the chrysler 300 has a harman/kardon sound system with an independant amp...

I wouldn't trust their compatibility guides. It's clearly not for a 1st gen 2010 and they even have the 1st gen 300c image on the screenshot. I have the 1st gen one and their years of compatibility were all screwed up as well. I would use the unit it replaces as the best indicator for what year it will work with.

The good news is that once installed, it's an awesome upgrade.

What about the T8 processor on our 1st gen model vs T3 on this one? Also the current versions of our units now have Android 8.1, but it may be possible to upgrade.

For anyone buying these, spend the extra dollars for the extra ram version.

The sound quality on mine is pretty good, and it also has 4X45 watt output.
If it does not come with the adapter box, aka Pac, you will need one to connect to the canbus, but it likely comes with one.
Remember to disconnect the battery, either when it is being installed, or at least after you are done installing it, or there will be no sound. The computer controls the volume, and if the computer is not reset, it will not recognize the head unit until it is disconnected.
