I have not made a purchase from them but they are legit. What are you seeking to buy?

I bought a grille from them.

They originally said they only deal cash in advance, no credit cards.
But I had bought the same grille before on ebay and UPS delivered the grille damaged. The box was too flimsy and the grille came bent. I needed a new/replacement grille because of an auto accident.
We eventually agreed on COD. I guess the guy at 300fx trusted me after several conversations.

As I learned later, COD is not a good way to guarantee a product is not damaged. When I went to the post office to pick up the grille, I had to sign the paperwork taking delivery before opening the box. It is a catch 22. The post office wouldn't let me open the box until I signed for it, but once I signed for it, the post office wouldn't let me refuse/return the shipment if it was damaged. Since the box looked in good condition, I grudgingly signed for the delivery.

I wasn't happy with the communications after we agreed on the COD delivery. I had a real strict deadline because the autobody shop would need the grille to finish my car. The guy at 300fx knew my bodyshop needed the grille by a certain date. The grille was delivered a few days late and at one point I left voice mail and email canceling my order because I could not get confirmation when it was going to arrive. He never called me back or emailed me. I didn't know when the grille was going to arrive until I got the COD delivery notice from the post office. But I will take partial responsibility for the confusion. He had emailed me a USPS tracking number, which I thought was a UPS tracking number. I thought he was shipping UPS. I kept checking the UPS website and nothing came up. So I sent several emails and voice mails trying to find out what was going on. He never returned my calls/emails. That is where I fault their business. Bad follow-up communication.

Fortunately (sorta), it took the body shop 2 more weeks than planned to finish my car, so the late delivery wasn't a problem.

The grille did come in perfect condition. Never did hear from them again.

Dude, i tried dealing with them a few time. They are shit! I am in australia and all they take are western union, which is dodgy and cost $25 extra. I sent 20+ emails to jo milano there and it was always no resonse or the wrong answer . I lost $25 on a cancelled order because of wrong info, and all i got back was ,my business is no loss anyway. Stay away, they are crap. And i found most of their stuff on ebay and amazon.com for cheaper after anyway.

I made an enquiry about a grip grille, pre-painted, as my colour appeared in the "new colours" list but not in the subsequent drop down for ordering and it wouldn't let me proceed without selecting. I emailed them to explain and all I got back was a mail with a link to the same page i'd been on, nothing more. No hello, thank you etc. If this is their customer service god help them. I won't be buying anything from them now!

Ordered a grip grille from them, charges processed for visa payment and no product a month and a half later to the tune of $355.00. Contacted the company by email and tried phoning them. No replies so far. I did order it painted a certain colour, so I’m wondering if this is why it’s taking so long but geez poor communication and I’m starting to wonder if they made off with my money??
Anyone have a grip grille for an 05-10 that they want to sell?
