Timing Chain Snapped on Mopar '12

I have #369 Mopar '12. Timing chain just snapped on car. Is there any others out there that had the same problem? I am asking because supposedly my VIN is not included in the Campaign PO1 that has a recall on the timing guide/chain. I called and they are currently reviewing my case, but I would love to hear from anyone else that has gone through this issue!
