Chrysler300cTouring3.0CRD 2008 - Immobilizer / Steering lock

Hello, I have a problem about the Chrysler 300c Touring 3.0 CRD car from 2008.
After inserting the key (WIN) the steering wheel is not unlocked but you can hear the characteristic sound of ticking as if in clocks. The engine ignites for 3-4 seconds and goes out.

Currently, after the last successful attempt to start the car, the lock did not block the steering wheel, when the start-up the controls go out, the starter does not turn, and after releasing the key the controls come back on, the leveling lights turn on and the reverse control lamp lights up.

Radio stations are deleted (without disconnecting the battery).

I'd get your battery tested, sounds like maybe it's not providing enough amps.

I bought this battery last time.
It's bigger than the old one.
And why did I exchange it?
Because the old man was already broken, he quickly lost his tension and the electrician in the car worked strangely on him.
And he broke down because someone did not use this car for a long time and made a mistake that he did not disconnect this car battery

I'm from Poland.
I wrote about it on the Polish forum where you can add video
I am giving here a link to this topic.

In the film, I am talking about the fact that when I put the key on it does not have the characteristic sound of the steering lock, it's just that weird ticking.

Here he gives you a link where it is shown how it should work
