Cat-back fitment '11-14 300 AWD vs RWD

All these places are saying the RWD catback systems from most places other then Corsa will not fit the AWD cars.

Looking at the part numbers from various Mopar sites, the stock exhaust system from the catback seem to have the same part numbers, with only different cat conv. pipes...

So are these places wrong or am I missing something here??!!
