Fog Light Aiming on 07 Chrysler 300C

Anyone know where the fog light aiming adjuster is on my year 300?
I read a thread that said there’s a small hole directly under the fog lights on the underside of the bumper but mine has no hole nowhere to be found.

There is a hole on the reflector behind the l ens right above the bulb.
Will I have to go behind fender well to adjust these?

I just installed LED Foglight bulbs but the beam is nowhere near where the halogens were pointing.
Thanks in advance

Is your LED light source in exactly the same location as the halogen filament? A small deviation can result in a large beam error.

Hmmm I didn’t really notice, I’ll put the halogens back in and check that.
