Welcome to the forum.

The P0299 code refers to below standard boost from the turbocharger. I assume your vehicle is a CRD and if so you might post your question regarding the two codes in the UK/European general discussion section. They have a lot more experience with the CRD engines.

The P0403 code refers to the EGR valve. That is a fairly simple job and won't take long at all to fix if the parts are available in your area.

Welcome, definitely get this to the UK forum and we'll try to help.

Could be a number of things:
1. Check the wiring across the top of the engine where it goes across the aircon pipe, that can rub through throwing off bad codes
2. Check of air leaks, the kidney can leak (front of engine), the green seal at the turbo outlet can disintegrate Link
3. The actuator can be checked to make sure it's working (and replaced separately from the turbo if that's the issue)

Good luck!
