    I've got an 06 300C. I press the horn on the wheel, nothing. Press the panic button, nothing. If I go to the fuse box and remove the relay and use a multimeter to skip the relay and the horn works. I've tried new relays and fuses. I'm lost. Please help! Fuses/relay good, horns works...
