What would you do?
JMatt, Considering what you want the car for, this is a no brainer to me. A new lighter, shorter wheel base retro 6.4l(392) 500hp fire breathing, pavement pounding, pistol grip manual tranny yielding Super Hemi Challenger SRT-8 is very near the horizon. I bet alot of people will be trading in their chargers for this baby! Hang in there and stay tune,as its being unveiled at the 2006 Detroit Auto Show in Jan. Done Deal!!JMatt said:I agree with most of what has been said. Here's my only reason for considering the Charger SRT-8: I've been modifying the exhaust, will be modifying the intake, will be working on computer mods, etc. I have, and intend to continue to drag race the platform. It seems like the Charger is really the more appropriate version for modding and racing, while the 300C variant is more appropriate for remaining a street sleeper.
Does that change anyone's analysis?
You are very, very wise daniel-san.GNSCOTT said:How is the Charger a better drag car? They are basically the same car. I'd keep the 300 until the Challenger comes out.
