I've got all bolts removed and front end of pan drops and basically hinges on back end of pan. It won't drop. The rear support bracket is completely loose. The pan won't slide forward. It feels like its sitting in alignment pins or something on the back end. I've pushed a plastic wedge between the pan and the block to try and wiggle it down but it won't budge. Am I missing something? I just removed the engine motor mounts and considering undoing the transmission mount so that I could jack up the engine some to get the support bracket out, if it'll actually do something to help. The bracket has room enough to move up and down, so it doesn't seem to be limited from dropping by that. See pictures for more detail. I tried attaching a video showing how it hinges, but it won't upload due to file size restrictions.
